All merchandise must include the order number, your name, address and daytime phone number in order to be processed properly. Requests must be made within 90 days of receipt of merchandise. Refund request will not be processed without a receipt. Exchanges and returns must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and must have all original tags attached.

We process orders daily so we are able to ship orders as quickly as possible. We may partial ship your order if most of the items are available. The remainder of your order will ship as soon as merchandise is available, at no extra charge. Orders take an average of 3-10 business days to deliver for in stock items, depending on destination.
